I know I should change my diet plan and exercise together, but I have no idea where to start. I'm at work or at school most of the time, so I have little time to plan healthy meals, or a strict exercise routine. Any advice on nutrition in general better, and how can I incorporate exercise into my daily routine? Has anyone ideas for meals that are healthy and easy to do? Are there specific exercises or routines that you can recommend?
